What is the Lavara Rx process?
You share a health history, then meet by live audio or video with a clinician licensed in your state. A prescription is issued only if that clinician decides treatment is appropriate. Rush Pharmacy fills approved prescriptions.
How much does Lavara Rx cost?
Lavara Rx offers transparent monthly memberships with zero hidden fees. Your subscription covers your online clinical consultations, customized prescription medications, ongoing physician support, dose titrations, and fast doorstep delivery. No insurance is required.

How long does shipping take?
After a clinician approves a prescription, the pharmacy prepares the order and ships it in discreet packaging. Most deliveries arrive within a few business days. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with cold-pack packaging.
How do consultations work?
You submit a secure health history. A clinician in the LocumTele network who is licensed in your state then meets with you by live audio or video. A questionnaire alone does not result in a prescription. If treatment is appropriate, the clinician sends the prescription to Rush Pharmacy.
What is the refund policy?
Email support@lavararx.com or call (888) 287-4637 before the pharmacy ships if you need to cancel. The Terms state that a consultation fee is refunded if a clinician finds you are not eligible before shipment. Prescription medication that has already been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned. Report a side effect to your clinician and to Rush Pharmacy at (407) 542-0880.
