1. Understanding Telehealth & Telemedicine

Telehealth on Lavara Rx is a live audio or video visit with a clinician licensed in the state where the patient is located. A health-history form may be collected first. That form alone does not result in a prescription.

2. Benefits & Inherent Limitations

• Expected Benefits: Convenient, timely access to licensed medical professionals, continuous clinical oversight, and doorstep delivery of prescribed therapies. • Clinical Limitations: Telehealth does not replace hands-on physical exams, vital sign palpation, or emergency care. If a clinician determines that your condition cannot be safely managed via telehealth, you will be directed to seek in-person medical evaluation.

3. EMERGENCY WARNING: NOT FOR EMERGENCIES

TELEHEALTH SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH LAVARA RX ARE NOT FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY, SEVERE CHEST PAIN, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, ANAPHYLAXIS, OR ACUTE DISTRESS, CALL 911 OR VISIT THE NEAREST HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY.

4. Electronic Prescriptions & Compounded Drugs

A prescription is issued only after that live visit, at the clinician’s discretion. FDA-approved products are used when they can meet the patient’s need. Compounded medication is prescribed only when the clinician documents a patient-specific clinical reason an approved product cannot be used. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. By completing our clinical intake, checking the consent checkbox, and using our services, you certify that: (1) you are at least 18 years old, (2) you have provided truthful health information, (3) you understand the benefits and risks of telehealth, and (4) you voluntarily consent to telehealth consultation and clinical evaluation by our affiliated healthcare providers.
